Leadership and
Team Building Combined Program [OSL-C2]
36 hours. The Bijan Training Program is designed to instill principles
which foster leadership skills, enhance teamwork and improve performance
and personal effectiveness. This course equips participants with
the knowledge to develop skills that will increase their confidence
and make success a habit. Four-hour classes meet weekly for nine
consecutive weeks. No lectures are given. Quite the contrary,
active class participation is key and essential. Participants
help themselves and their co-workers by creating reports, giving
talks, engaging in challenging competitions and practical applications
of the principles being mastered. Positive feedback is given during
the fast-paced participation phase and application with spirited

the skills and most importantly, the confidence, to communicate

at all levels increase their managerial effectiveness and improve
the performance of their organization by addressing the five key

1 day. Business professionals need to establish rapport quickly
and comfortably with clients, customers, and staff. Everyone needs
to influence others in order to "sell" their ideas,
products, services, or talents. Neur-Linguistic Programming is
an advanced form of observing with all the senses in order to
move with the communication patterns of the other person. NLP
is a technology for understanding HOW people process information
(think) by listening to the structure of the language they use.
NLP techniques recognize and use visual, auditory, and kinesthetic
