Human Resources Courses
The Executive Trainer [HRT-E3]
The Executive Trainer Seminar teaches the vital platform
skills that your staff needs to deliver training sessions
effectively and with confidence. Participants see immediate
results because the class has been designed to engage
each person with active participation and feedback. Participants
will be videotaped in numerous training situations and
receive supportive feedback from the instructor on their
strengths and improvement opportunities. Trainers learn
to develop personal presence and poise, control speech
anxiety, utilize movement and gestures effectively, build
vocal volume and inflection, and use effective eye contact.

Organizing for Workplace
Efficiency [HRO-E1]
2 day. This course offers participants specific tools
and training that will enable them to effectively organize
and manage their workload. It is designed with a high-level
of accountability in order for both the organization and
the individual to receive the highest return on the investment
of time and resources. This first half of the day will
be classroom instruction on various aspects of organizing
time, paper, computer data, and projects. During the second
half of the seminar day, the instructor will return to
participants' offices to assist them with the customization
and implementation of the skills that they learned in

Global Awareness: Effective Inter-Cultural Business
Relationships [HRM-G3]
1 day. We may find ourselves hosting a foreign national
or working with people from several cultures outside of
our own. We may be accepting or considering a long term
overseas job assignment or know someone who is. Perhaps
we are going overseas for a quick business trip or even
hosting a foreign business quest. Regardless of the reason,
because people around the globe have become more dependent
upon each other, the world has become a smaller place
in which to live and conduct business. Therefore, it is
necessary for successful American companies to compete
globally, and for employees to take a genuine interest
in learning about people from other cultures. [ZOE]

Diffusing Hostile Groups
[HRM-D2]
1 -2 day. This program focuses on understanding the dynamics
of hostile groups and provides options when hostility
escalates. Conflict management skills would be addressed
in a two-day format. These skills could be used to prevent
conflict from escalating to a hostile level and would
be valuable in dealing with groups once the hostility
has lessened. [ZOE] |
