This session is designed to help participants better understand and manage the unique characteristics that members of different generations bring to the workplace. Specifically, participants will learn how to recruit, develop, motivate, retain, and communicate with workers from each of the four generations in the American workforce (Veterans, Boomers, Generation Xers, and Nexters).
