ITIL – Support and Restore Practitioner (Five-Day Workshop)

Course Description

This workshop focuses on the implementation and management of the processes and functions involved in managing exceptions in normal infrastructure control and service delivery.  These include being able to organize an effective Service Desk, along with the related Incident and Problem Management processes.  It is aimed at optimizing quality of service by effectively responding to incidents and problems, as well as proactively preventing their occurrence.

 Target Audience

This workshop is designed for IT professionals that handle Service Desk, Incident Management, and/or Problem Management responsibilities

NOTE – Participants must have achieved the ITIL Foundation Certification and need to possess two years of relevant work experience.
