utilize a data model.

- This course consists of interactive lectures, hands-on labs,
and facilitated sessions. Upon completion of the course, students
will have a good understanding of the various types of data
models (conceptual, logical, physical, dimensional), key components
(entities, attributes, relationships, business rules), basic
notation, functional dependencies, normalization, methodologies
(re-engineering, structured interview, forms analysis), and
CASE tools. Examples and uses of various models will be discussed
in detail.
